Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after 12 hours, as we aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. Once your order has begun the process to be shipped to the shipping carriers, cancellation is not possible.

Order Changes
If you'd like to make a change to your order, you must contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. We will do everything we can to help you make changes to the order, but we cannot guarantee after 12 hours have passed, as your order is being processed for shipment at our fulfillment center.

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that the 90-day right of return applies exclusively to production defects and material defects on the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for replacement, the product cannot have any damage caused by the customer, and proof of purchase + a real picture must be available.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Discounts
We are not liable for this and cannot promise a refund if you forget to enter a discount code.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Parents are responsible to watch their children when using one of our products. We do not recommend the use of our products for kids under the age of 7 years.
